Plastic Man may seem like a silly choice here, but with no Infinity Gauntlet or Cosmic Cube, Thanos has absolutely no win-con here. Plastic Man can take beatings from DC's high tiers and regen from it. Most attacks actually bounce off him without any damage whatsoever. He's also strong enough to beat an enraged Fernus, who was battering around the entire League on his own. Plastic Man can turn into a Kaiju-sized being and throttle Thanos, and without his other powers, Thanos really has no way to deal lasting damage. Plastic Man is simply immune to conventional damage that Thanos can deal, and has hurt people on Thanos' level many times

Thanos does have energy blasts on his repertoire and has shown to turn people to stone, so he does have ways to win. At least the comic version.
