This should decisively go to the Qu. If memory serves, the Cylons also drove humanity to the brink of extinction, but the Qu did that with a far more advanced version of humanity. The Star People the Qu destroyed were advanced enough to have a galaxy spanning empire, and had technology that could wipe out stars. Even with all that firepower, every single human world quickly buckled and fell when the Qu attacked. The Qu are simply more technologically advanced and dangerous in this challenge
