“Burgling rich person homes” seems exactly up Robin Hood’s set of skills. I think he should be able to take this challenge.

I'm gonna disagree. Arthur robs multiple houses in the game, and his experience is with more advanced technology. Neither are proficient lockpicks, but Arthur at least has very relevant experience. Breaking and Entering doesn't strike me as Robin Hood's style. He's more honorable than that generally
