It seems to me that both of these characters could succeed in this scenario.  I think it's a toss-up.

However, Secret Squirrel does not pack the raw power that Blossom does.  In an escape scenario, I have to assume Blossom will escape more quickly.  I'd give Secret Squirrel the escaping with style points, though.
