Even if this were in Mephisto's Realm, I would say the Anti-Monitor would be stronger in terms of raw power. Mephisto is well below the likes of Dormammu as I understand it, and was only able to fight evenly with Galactus when Galactus fought on his terms. As soon as Galactus starting devouring Mephisto's realm, the fight quickly turned against Mephisto to the point where he conceded the fight to end it as soon as possible because he knew he didn't stand a chance against that level of power turned against him. I think something similar would happen with the Anti-Monitor and his power syphoning, but he would be far less forgiving than Galactus was

Anti-Monitor is out of Mephisto’s league, given who Mephisto typically struggles to fight against. I think this is pretty definitively Anti-Monitor.
