So this is going to be the test of Saint of Killers' No-Limits rule. His gun can allegedly kill anything in one hit, but even considering him having killed his universe's God with it, and even scaling his God up to Universe-level, his universe's God never survived a universe-tier attack. Sure, he created the universe, but Galactus takes on universe-level beings pretty regularly. Galactus should also be massively faster. If he's properly motivated, he'll just smite Saint of Killers before the Saint even gets a chance to shoot

This is a bit of an universal scaling issue. The Saint of Killers guns derive their power from the God from the Preacher universe, which allowed him to kill said God, but since Galactus scaling chain goes higher than the God of the Preacher universe, it's quite a sad story for Saint of Killers. Still, the guns pack a punch and they WILL hurt Galactus, it just won't really matter at the end of the day.
