I don't think base Doom has any way to deal with Goku Black, cause he's faster, more powerful in a general sense, stronger physically, and I'd dare say even more ruthless. But then again, Doom has made a living of fighting stronger beings, so if he plays it properly he can definitely win this.

He always has prep time and a plan when going against anyone on Goku Black's level though. He wouldn't have that advantage this time, and that makes things very hard, but I don't think impossible for him. Still, currently I'm favoring Goku Black

Yeah, gonna have to agree with you there. Dr. Doom has just been in so many different comics, and has a plethora of abilities that could win it for him at any time, but you can't beat a speedblitz if Goku Black decides to go for it from the start.

Don't really know much about Doctor Doom's opponent but I voted Doom. He is on my team.

Doom, without prep, doesn't stand up to Goku Black in terms of raw power. Would be a good fight for a bit though.
