Dormammu should win this. He has no reason to go hand to hand with Wonder Woman, and even though she's faster it won't really amount to anything in the end. I'm not sure how her lasso works with intangible beings, I feel like there's a faint recollection of it working (if anyone knows the feat I'm talking about, feel free to post it), but Dormammu should be able to glass her easily if she starts wailing on him too hard.

Dormammu is vastly more powerful. Wonder Woman doesn't really have a win condition on her own, and she doesn't have any experience dealing with Dormammu, so she wouldn't even know what she's up against, not that I think it would really save her. Dormammu was stated to be able to take on the Celestial race and it was implied he would win. Even if we assume Wonder Woman is faster, it'll just be here delaying the inevitable
