Michonne did spend some time on a boat, but she's also more of a loner and didn't really spend any of that boat time in the water from what I remember. I think Rick would be better at getting people to work together and help each other, or at the very least help himself and themselves in mutually beneficial ways. Again, I think this challenge is mostly luck-based, but Rick has a better shot at consistently getting people, Michonne included, to like, trust, and work with him

This is an even match if I've ever seen one. Both will do really well and have such similar skillsets that it's just a lucky or unlucky moment that really makes the difference.

Rick will help more people try to survive but that might be his undoing. Michonne is more of a loner and that has really helped her become an excellent survivor.

I think leadership is a strong characteristic in this fight. If the sailors are getting into a group as much as possible, then they aren’t getting picked off by the sharks and causing more to come in. I favor Rick a lot more than Michonne,. I just think a loner might get picked off, a leader helps the group.
