Martian Manhunter can be hit with fire while he's intangible, but I also know that's a weakness of MM. Is Lemillion immune to fire while intangible?

That's definitely a Martian Manhunter weakness. Most people who can turn intangible don't have that weakness. I don't know for a fact that Lemillion has used his intangibility to get through fire, but in his introductory scene he takes out all of class 1-A, two of whom use fire attacks in one way or another
