Dark Danny has all the tool he's needs to win, but his undoing might be his ego. If memory serves, isn't he a pretty monologue-y villain who's boasts a bit? Akuma is definitely not that, and the Satsui No Hado would almost certainly kill Dark Danny if it landed. Not sure about this one

On the other hand, Akuma doesn't really start fights with the Satsui no Hado either. Dark Akuma isn't one to pick fights against up others up close, so that's something that Akuma will have to overcome when fighting Danny. If he plays it safe and fights like he usually does (Fly around and zap people with energy blasts), he should be able to win.

I’m once again leaning towards Akuma, even if he doesn’t start with the Satsui no Hado, he’s durable enough to tank most of Dark Danny’s attacks and he’s fast enough to close the distance and finish the fight once he decides to.
