Tough draw for Deathstroke. His physicals are all a little higher (Building level attack potency as opposed to Small building level, massively hypersonic vs. High hypersonic, etc.), but he has no answer for Alucard's regen or his Schrodinger powers. Deathstroke is a very well trained and skilled man, but he's just a man. He would eventually get tired and worn out, and then Alucard would be free to kill him

It's pretty much impossible for Deathstroke to wear down Alucard, while Alucard only needs one good shot on Deathstroke to kill him. At the end of the day, Alucard gains one more familiar.

Deathstroke could do some good damage to Alucard, but without prep Deathstroke is doomed. Plus dense fog? Yeah, sorry but nah.
