People don't regularly lose the ability to fight Domino when they're in a matchup against them. If that were the case, no one would ever fight her. Her luck isn't 100%, it just aims things in her favor, but again, it's not an automatic win button. Really, this comes down to being a battle of luck against skill, and it all depends on how you feel about that in general.

I don’t know about that. Skill wise Domino’s physical stats and marksmanship are pretty close to 47, she is consistently listed as an Olympic level athlete. It’s not that 47 will lose his ability to fight, it’s just that Domino’s natural luck will help give her better situations to win and that’ll probably be what gives her the match.
