It comes down to Supergirl's heat vision vs. Crocodile's moisture removal attack. Whatever that was called. Would either attack hurt the other? If not, Supergirl's durability is pretty damn high. If it rains Croc is dead, but otherwise she wouldn't necessarily know his weakness, but honestly if I was fighting a dude made of sand water would be my first idea to hit him

I've always seen Supergirl as more of a reactionary character, especially in her fights. Now I don't remember this version of her really well but if she lets Crocodile get the first move or she underestimates him, she's not going to win. He'll remove the moisture from her body just enough for her to figure out what's going on and be hurt. She can use heat vision, which I'm not sure that would work. We've never seen him react to extreme heat like that but I may be wrong. He will keep himself dispersed to avoid her attacks. If she tries to blow the sand away, he'll just come back. And if he gets any sand in her eye or sucks the moisture out of her eye, then she won't be able to use heat vision.

Also, I just realized this is on Pandora. That planet orbits Alpha Centauri B, which a little smaller than our sun. Plus I think it's an orange star, which I'm not sure what that does...

One of the Freak of the Weeks had that ability and he treated Clark as a battery as he could never fully suck him dry of moisture. I think Supergirl would be the same as Clark considering, well, they're both Kryptonians. As long as the Sun is out Crocodile could never fully remove the moisture out of them is what it comes down to, that's assuming Supergirl hasn't accumulated sun in her cells before that. And Smallville Kryptonian laser vision is HOT. So, I don't doubt that she'd glass him immediately.
