Po is massively outsped here, but I don't think that puts him out of the fight. While she would be much faster, she's also substantially weaker, and Po's entire fighting strategy is to tank attacks from faster, stronger foes and waiting for an opening. Po is much stronger, far more durable, and his mastery of Chi gives him a lot of options in combat. Unless I'm missing something on Ayane's page, she'll put up a good fight, but eventually Po will win the long fight

Took the words out of my mouth. The Tai Lung fights comes to mind, where Po gets launched across the environment but no matter what Tai Lung does, he can't seem to break through Po's exterior. Po only really needs one opening to beat her, or even do the Wu Xi Finger Hold on her.

Yeah, Po just has too many ways to instant KO Ayane, and she really has no ways to defend against them. Case in point: the Wu Xi Finger Hold.
