At first I thought this one would be really hard, but the more I thought about it, the more I think Toph would actually do great in this challenge. She doesn't have to actually roll the snow at all. She can just Earthbend the ground beneath the snow into whatever shape she wants. She can earthbend with exquisite detail, and has complete control over the Earth as she does so. Dexter could no doubt build a pretty good snowman, but he's always struck me as much more utilitarian with his designs, by and large. Like, yeah, his stuff looks pretty nice, but he's not going to be winning any awards for it. Toph, on the other hand, sandbent an entire kingdom with a to-scale version of the Earth King and his bear. She could do the same by bending the earth and make an army of incredibly intricate snowpeople. I think Toph takes this one

Toph is very talented at making things out of EARTH. I don't think she's ever even experienced snow in TLA, and if you ask her to make a snowman she won't even know what one is supposed to look like.

If this was a sand sculpture I'd concede the loss and move on. But there's no reason to think Toph can successfully build a snowman, and certainly not one that looks good at all. It would end up a dirty, brown mess. I'd pick an average child over Toph in this challenge.

She definitely has experienced snow before. And again, by moving the earth beneath the snow, she can make essentially any shape she wants. Granted, it would take some trail and error to ensure that the majority of the snow would stay where she wanted it to, but she could have a ton of time to use said trial and error because in the time it would take Dexter to make any one snowman, Toph could make dozens. And a snowman is three balls stacked on top of each other. It's not that hard to grasp. If she's given instructions for what it should look like, it would be as simple as raising a single block of earth with snow on it, packing it down, and then breaking apart the shape underneath until she has the shape she wants. It would definitely not be a dirty brown mess. It might have bits of rock on the outside, but Toph could just earthbend those away until all that's visible is snow. And you provided no argument at all for Dexter

Your picture literally shows how she struggles with "vision" in the snow. I think you played yourself.

Hmm.

Reading can be hard. Let's read this together really carefully.

Toph says "Sorry for not recognizing you guys at first! THESE stupid things make everything all fuzzy." As she says that, she lifts her feet to show that she has shoes on. Because she's usually barefoot, and that helps her sense things better.

Is snow accurately described as "these stupid things," or is it likely she was referring to something else?

Reading isn't hard. She either wears shoes and she can't see, or goes barefoot and freezes her feet. She's not gonna make a good snowman while literally freezing her toes off.

Yeah, or she raises a platform of earth and she's perfectly fine to stand on it. She's a master martial artist who regularly fights people who throw fire at her and traveled to the most extreme temperatures of the world. She'll be fine outside for 20 minutes as she whips up a few snowmen

EDIT: To further my point, she could just raise the base out of rock, and even if most of the snow falls off, she could just pack more snow onto it. Her sight is fuzzy, but her sight is fuzzy in sand and she can still make sand sculptures effortlessly. Dexter is incredibly uncreative at matters like this. He's a genius inventor, but not artistic at all. That was always Dee-Dee's area of expertise

Really doesn't matter where Toph stands, she's still gonna be cold.

Think about how impatient she is. If she takes off her shoes to see, she'll throw together the sloppiest snowman that she thinks gets the job done and immediately get her shoes back on. It's gonna be a dirt encrusted monster that won't win any contests.

It does matter, because again, she's a master martial artist and a little bit of cold isn't going to upset her that much.

This is something I hear a lot that is just wrong in my opinion. Toph is not impatient. There are certainly things she can be impatient about, but that's true for everyone. Her entire Earthbending style is to described as waiting and listening for her opponent to make a move, then countering. As in, patiently playing on the defensive and counter attacking. She's a master martial artist. You don't get to that level without an extreme amount of patience. She pretended to be a helpless blind girl for years because she didn't want to upset her family (although to be fair she would have essentially been a fugitive if she hadn't done that, my point is that she was able to calmly hold up a façade she hated for years). She's bullheaded sometimes, undeniably, but she's also hyper competitive and hates losing anything. She wouldn't even take that long to make a good snowman here. Just raise a good looking Earth statue, pack snow on top of it to cover where it fell off when it was raised, and then bend any Earth/dirt off the outside.

And AGAIN, I have to emphasize, I don't think Dexter would do well at this challenge at all either and no one has provided any proof or evidence to the contrary
