This is actually a field where Megamind can totally win. If anything, chemistry is definitely his strongest category, while Doom is somewhat lacking in feats for this field of science specifically, at least relative to his other fields. All of Megamind's biggest inventions, from the giant laser that "kills" MetroMan, to the De-Gun, which features modes like De-Hydrate and De-ath ray, to the use of rockets in his mechs and Brain Bots, to his reverse-engineering MetroMan's powers, which while largely a biology feat, does lean heavily on chemistry as well. Megamind is a master chemist, and he could use that very effectively to get a win here. He's also just very creative and off-the-wall with his inventions. I don't think Doom would be expecting, for example, to be de-hydrated. MegaMind got a really good draw here and I think he definitely wins

If you put these two in a lab with all the equipment needed and said kill the other using just what's here, it would be silly to think Doom doesn't win. He has an incredible mastery over chemistry, having created everything from freeze bombs to ionic force-fields.

Seriously, take anything in Pey's list above and ask yourself if Doom hasn't done something more impressive along the same lines. Doctor Doom takes this one easily.
