Even without resorting to punching, Molly Hayes can win this for the opposite reason last time this scenario was applied to her. 

Because Chloe if I recall, would not be coordinated for this kind of thing.

Chloe would pay the judges and have them come up with a story that Molly cheated.

As I said before, Chloe's tricks and lies but then gets it blown up in her face. Either her dad, her own screw ups, etc. Molly would come out on top under any of those circumstances. Helps she has friends who could bail her out.

Molly isn't exactly the type to bribe with either. Especially given an issue of Runaways where she was offerred the chance to be a child forever to be with at the time her best friend but didn't take it.
