I believe Lestat will take this match in one of two ways.

1. By slaying Jack the Ripper.  Really a trivial task, Lestat will pick him out easily from other humans with his mind reading abilities.

2. By slaying the Losers Club much faster than Jack could.

All in all, I like option 1 better because justice is served and the Club goes on with their lives.  But either works.

Hey man, if he's feeling very hungry he might both kill Jack AND the Losers Club. The possibilities for him to win are endless!

I don't see the Loser's club being about to stop either one. While I feel like I am obligated to go with Jack as he is on my team, I would have to agree with Fox on his number 2 argument. Lestat would probably do it much faster than Jack. 

I'd almost make the argument of disqualification of Lestat took out Jack and left the kids alone, because I feel like if the Losers are the target, then that would be their goal
