Well......

While I don't think this particular field is one she's mentioned to be a specialist in, Nadia does live in a world with plenty of telepaths, telekinetics, people with precognition and clairvoyance etc, the study of which is parapsychology. Not to mention she has her own method of telepathy in a sense, being that her helmet allows her to communicate mind to mind with ants and wasps and such, and influence them as well. That said, I'm unsure about what 21 brings to the table here...

Yeah seems like a fair assessment. I don't know what 21 brings as a doctor/scientist to this challenge.

While it can be argued that 21 also lives in a world of all of those things, the Dragonball Universe doesn't specifically focus on any one of them outside of plot reasons, in addition, it is unlikely 21 or Gero would bother with parapsychology in terms of scientific projects.

Hence, 21, doesn't have much of any added points here unfortunately.
