Don't know too much about Omega Supreme, but he doesn't seem like he's got what it takes to put down Destoroyah, who tanked blows from Burning Godzilla. I see Omega getting an early lead in the fight, but Destoroyah will whittle him down by either corrosion or destruction.

I'd say this is a close one as Omega Supreme is one of the all-time strongest Transformers and his output and ability to withstand puishment is  more than a match. I think what will tip this in Omega's favour is his stamina; Destroyah will weaken eventually whereas the Transformer will just keep on the attack and take the win. 

Poor Mumbai!
