Oh Bob, I love you man but you're not gonna win this one either.

Now Artie Bucco, may not seem like an expert in Turkish food either, and it seems obvious that he's not, however Italian food and Turkish food aren't so dissimilar from one another, that it would not be possible for him to pick up and perhaps learn the recipes for Turkish food like Manti, and perhaps slightly easier than Bob.

Bob's specialty is typically stylized hamburgers or meatballs, on one episode anyway, and in that realm, he is a very innovative and successful cook, but Manti is further removed from burgers than it is from Italian food, which Bucco specializes in.
