I don't know if either would be good at decorating, but I do know that Snegurochka herself has a lot of figurines made of her that are used to decorate fig trees.

The figurines of Snegurochka are a common holiday decoration in Russia, so I'm thinking she knows a thing or two about it.

Also, look at her amazing clothes. She knows how to dress and again, I'm thinking that points to her eye for decorating.
