For some reason I feel like Mandy wouldn't really care enough to write into the colouring book, she might even find it tedious at best and at worst she'd just rip it apart.

Heh, how do you know if it's a tough call when you don't even know one of the competitors? 😆

As the third Toyman, Hiro has invented all manner of colorful devices to help out the Justice League and other DC heroes. Also, unlike Mandy, he has a more cheerful disposition. 

Hiro would likely not only enjoy coloring with the kids, but he'd also add any number of mechanical perks to enhance the experience.
