Zoro should have this from what I see. The VS Battles wiki puts Zoro's attack potency at Large Mountain level, whereas Gintoki is only City Block level, which is smaller on that scale. Also, Zoro is Massively Hypersonic, whereas Gintoki is just Hypersonic. From my very limited knowledge I like Zoro in this one

Yeah that seems about right from what I know about both of these guys. Gintoki holds his own well enough, but the One Piece characters are a bit out of his league at this point in the series. And with the limited space on this island, Zoro will likely want to end this quick and not want to be bothered.
