The draft has now been re opened for one additional week. After the draft closes May 16th 11:59 PM ET there will be no further extensions. After is closes I will then give myself and the AI one week to draft teams. Matches will begin Sunday May 25th!

Well guys, I'll put this in your hands. Since closing the draft I've had 4 people say that giving them a little additional time they can make it in. Is anyone opposed to me re opening the draft for 1 more week?

The draft is now closed to new team entries. If you already have a team open, you may adjust your teams for one last week and the AI submit their teams.

It's essentially this: Build your team using the specific categories mentioned in the draft. Each week 2 of your members will be put in a challenge against 2 random opponents selected from another user's team. After 16 weeks the points are tallied and we have a winner. This draft is a little complex as I wasn't expecting the recent membership boom, Season 15 will be easier to choose.

Ends at 11:59pm ET tomorrow. Slightly more than 24 hours remain.

Try logging out of your account, going to the contol panel, clicking to log into the forum. Once logged in it should work again. It's a cache issue with your browser. (Probably)

Small update - Development on a new FPL has begun. Upon completion the CBUB control panel will also be where you post new FPL matches. That's all I can offer at the moment unfortunately.

Hello everyone! For nearly three decades this website has been a place for users around the world to freely express themselves through their creative works of cross over fiction and debate about whether their favorite characters can kick your favorite characters butt! The site has evolved a lot since its inception Halloween 1997, starting with He-Man vs Callisto a battle so intense that history has erased the final score, you can still visit this in the CBUB Back Issues! Later it would expand to include message boards, and then rumbles so users could create their own battles! Not long after that the rated section of the board was created to allow users to compete amongst each other to see who could kick the other's metaphorical butt in a battle of who can write a better butt kicking contest. This site thrives on its users, and more so giving it's users more ways to express themselves, and perhaps more important than that, do it all while keeping it FREE for everyone. As some of you may know I gained ownership of the site in 2023 through the blessing of the sites creator, he has retired from the site, but still on occasion comes back to check on things and offer technical help and opinions on how to make the site even better! For this I will be eternally grateful! Since then I have been hard at work making the site have a better look and feel for its current users, and expanded many utilities of the site! However, as I mentioned previously, this site thrives on expanding your ability to express your creativity and today I am please to share the next step in that evolution! After some testing, and considerations. Guest visibility of the site has been restored with some caveats. You can now access the site, but accessing topics will still be blocked to user accounts for the time being. I need to find a balance, this site gets a LOT of traffic, but only about 10% interact with the site. While blocking view, several lurkers have signed back on and some have even done more than just read again, this was the intended purpose of the test and it worked. However, it occured to me that attempting to show the website to someone else, might be annoying, and accessing other portions of the site would be nearly blocked, so I restored visibility to guests, but kept the topics themselves locked for the time being. If anyone has any thoughts on the topic, please let me know

I did see this, but since he does appear in multiple formats, and is technically in that genre while not breaking any of the challenges I decided to accept it. Since characters can't be in multiple categories, I'm trying to have some leniency for this otherwise hard to pick draft.
