That "Scaling" is so obnoxiously stupid that I can't even bother to take it as fact. The fact that some people think Simon's whip cracks are universe+ level solely cause Dracula has, like, a star in his castle means nothing to me. But, you are right about Brightburn being at a disadvantage when coming up against a teleporter. Unfortunately, Dracula teleports extremely slow and it's like a few meters at most. Do we have any idea of how his teleport works outside of the game? Or is it all just contained within boss fights.

I wouldn't be so sure about that, he's used a freeze gun frequently before, he uses a regular ol' shooter that shoots energy and straight up disintegrates people, he has a forcefield which stops people from hitting him as seen in Rickchurian Candidate as well as an ability that causes people to instantly die, the lab coat that literally copies Dr. Strange and has a mind on his own which would stop Megamind, as well as a watch that destroys people on a subatomic level. I get why you would think these are not common equipment for him, but at the same time, I don't think there's any reason to doubt the fact that they are. He always seemingly pulls them out of his coat like they are common equipment, and the things that aren't common equipment have episodes dedicated to them, well, NOT being common equipment and something he had to specifically bring or create for the moment. I straight up disagree on the fact that Megamind has a strong argument here.

Aragorn simply doesn't have the speed to compete with Anderson in a fight, I think. He'll end up full of bayonets the same way that Alucard did in their first encounter.

without prep, Doom has armor, tech, and magic over Ozymandias. Thanks to the fact that they're in space, which Ozymandias isn't accustomed to, Dr. Doom can keep him at range and just shoot rays at him until one of them hits and Ozymandias ends up dead.

Naturally the terrain favors Punisher a lot, but there's really not much he can do against Samus. Her exoskeleton will take the worst that Punisher can dish out and her futuristic weaponry will destroy Frank if he gets hit, and he will be hit.

I reckon both of these could do it, but I couldn't tell you which one could do it strictly better.

Tiny and fast yeah, but not really that fast. They're designed to be hard to catch, not outright impossible and that's where their downfall lies. If I recall correctly, snitches in the movies also have a habit of sitting in place and waiting to be chased whenever they make distance with whoever is chasing them, so you know, shooting them when that happens really shouldn't be that hard for someone who's a good of a marksman as Roland, or even Blade for that matter.
