  1. Thank you and meh..I really doubt my chances.
  2. That's something that always bugged me. Stryker could just shoot half the cast. -.-
  3. In all honesty I've been given the answer to this before by a certain someone. But, I just thought I'd ask the ef community as a whole and that it's AWESOME to imagine Danny punching through a Kamehameha Wave.
  4. Kid Goku fully healed from his battle with King Piccolo VS Current Iron Fist -Not a battle to the death but just a spar. Danny can still use the Iron Fist though.
  5. Meh setup. Sub-Zero might freeze DP and then since this is to the death, I'll assume he'll shatter Wade. But, once Wade heals and comes back-Sub Zero's gonna get capped in the head. Cause I really doubt any MKers are 'bullet timers'
  6. So,he must be referring to Spidey vs Batman.
  7. <3 I feel the love Surf. And you know, if I was a complete moron I'd thank you Force for the comment. But, while the 'elders' are apparently more stupid than me-I'm still stupid, and say you're 'young' too so I guess while the older peeps are just more stupid, you are still stupid too-just not as much? Clarification, mang. Could do you wonders.
  8. Meh, rooting for Goku because I like DB/DBZ. But if he loses then meh.
  9. How the PL system works:To gain Power Level you must Role Play. The more detailed and descriptive you are with your posts the better because length pays off. At the end of each fight you will be required to post the grand total amount of your words added up from each post you have. Then I will reward you with the Power Level that you have earned. Races/Factions: Namekians Description: The Namekians are a proud and peaceful people, hailing from their home world of Namek. They stand around the same height as an average human, and all share the same green skin. Other notable features are their pointed ears, two antennae that sprout from the front of their head, very sharps nails, and dangerously sharp fangs. They carry pink patches on their abdomen, as well as their arms and legs. These patches begin to change to a dull orange color as Nameks advance in age. They also have three red rings around their wrists and ankles, looking like wrist/ankle bands though actually being part of their flesh. All Namekians are asexual, though appear to be male, and reproduce through eggs which are spit from their gullet. Namekians can live to be over 500 years old. Background: Born on the planet Namek, the Namekians have lived their for as long as they have existed. Around 500 years ago, the Planet Namek suffered a devastating storm which nearly wiped out their entire race. Now, around a hundred Nameks reside on their home world, still trying to rebuild their beautiful home world. Warrior-type Nameks are very powerful, and can be counted among the most powerful fighters in the universe. They are much more numerous than the Dragon-caste, and serve as protectors of the peace on their planet. Power Level: 100 Location: Planet Namek; however, the Nameks are a space-faring people, and can be found elsewhere, though it is rare for them to leave their home world without reason. Items: Namekian Space Ship - This is optional. You can start with custom items as well. Androids/Cyborgs Description: Androids are advanced machines of war. They can take on many different looks and appearances though usually they take on some sort of humanoid form in other to fool others into thinking they are nothing more than simple living beings. Background: Every android's background is different because they can come from so many places and be made for so many reasons. Sayians Description: The Saiyans are known as a barbaric and very aggressive race that is born to fight and loves war. They are big, strong and muscular. Their hair tends to be a bit wield and is usually a dark color. Their overall figure and frame looks a lot like a human's. Background: The Saiyans shared a planet with a race known as the Tuffles. A war waged between them, and with the brute Strength of the Saiyans and their monstrous transformations under the moon they were winning the war. The Tuffles were completely wiped out.. The Saiyans are the dominate race of the planet but find themselves under the rule of Lord Catsu, a mysterious figure who only a few sayians have seen him in person and they are forced to do his dirty work as mercenaries. Some rebel and fight back...but that ultimately leads to certain death while other Saiyans enjoy the employment since it allows them to sate their lust for battle. Starting Point Power Level: 100 Location: Planet Vegeta which is currently ruled by the mysterious Lord Catsu, since Saiyans do send their offspring off to distance planets to conquer, taking Goku for an example then it is possible for you to start out on a different planet with a good reason and correct background. You could also be a part of Crescent's group. Items: Battle Armor, Space Pod, Scouter - These are optional. You can start with custom items. Known Weaknesses Sensitive Tail - Grabbing a Saiyan's tail while they are under the power level of 3,000 will complete immobilize them and zap them of their strength and energy. Reaching 3,000 base power level a Saiyan can rid themselves of this weakness. Special Abilities Near Death Gain - A Saiyan's body is built for battle. While each and every fight allows them to grow stronger, it is only when their bodies are brought back and recover from a brutal experience/battle in which they barely survive. In this situation a Saiyan gains 10% more of a power level gain than they originally would from a fight. Does not work if damage is self-inflicted. Also, this only applies when you are in a Player versus Player Rp. With this, your opponent also has to be at least 2x your own strength throughout the course battle. Perks Keen Sense of Smell - Saiyan's have a powerful nose that can pick up scents and aroma's amongst other things. The strength is comparable to that of a canine. Space Adaption (Optional) - Allows them to learn how to survive and breathe in space, adapting their bodies to the conditions. Ki Mask (Optional) - It allows the user to mask their full power and hide it so they don't stand out as much or are easily detected. Saiyans can mask their power level to 5,000 when they are above it, otherwise they cannot mask their power level at all. Mimicry (Optional) - Refers to the coveted ability to copy another fighter's technique after seeing it used only once. Saiyans can only mimic techniques that are similar to their own a ki based. Flight (Optional) - The ability to use one's Ki to levitate or fly. Telepathy (Optional) - A way to communicate with others using one's mind. You may only communicate with those who can also learn or know Telepathy. Aliens(Like other races that you see in the PTO) Description: Aliens/Mutants vary in size, shape, color and appearance since can be practically any race or species. They can resemble a certain race and be slightly mutated, or take on a completely different appearance than all else due to the mutation. Background: The background of each Alien/Mutant can vary, after all there are many ways to become mutated and there is no one race that can be mutated either. Also as a "generic alien" race you are pretty much free to set up your own background, your race and planet, etc. Your character could be some experiment that went wrong, a super soldier perhaps, some kind of abomination. If mutated, your character could have originally been another race but is now completely different, or your character could be some mutated being from some unnamed race on a distant planet. Basically you are free to customize your character with this race as you please. Starting Point Power Level: 100 Location: It varies. Items: Battle Armor, Space Pod, Scouter - These are all optional of course. You may start with custom items and equipment. Transformations The descriptions of the transformations can be customized to your liking due to your character and whatever alien/mutation appearance you wish for them to have due to whatever race they are based off of. Even if you change the description or call the transformation something else for the sake of your character and through role play, the multipliers and power level requirements will remain the same. You may include any customization to your transformations in the Description portion of your Application/Profile. x10 Unlock Mutation/Alien Heritage (3,200 PL): The mutation or the heritage of the Alien has just been tapped. This transformation adds muscle mass to the individual and causes their veins to bulge with new power. x20 Full Mutation/Alien Pride (600,000 PL): The mutation or the heritage of the alien has appeared fully. The gifts of the individual have matured and they gain a fearsome aura to match their bloodshot eyes as they draw upon their new power. x40 Super Alien/Super Mutant (3,000,000 PL): If their powers were matured before they have evolved for heavy battle now. This transformation adds a large amount of bulk to the user's muscles but they sacrifice speed for raw power in this form. x60 Berserker (6,000,000 PL): Fueled by bloodlust and rage the final stage of power for mutants and aliens emerge. Their fearsome aura changes to that of a pure monster as it reflects their insane desire for battle. For ten posts the user will become a true force to be reckoned with. Special Abilities Mutation - Their unique mutation gives them an ability, a special technique or power to call their own. It varies greatly from mutant to mutant whatever this power may be. One example would be Captain Ginyu and his mutation allowing him to change bodies. All techniques created with this ability take up a Technique Slot. -or- Alienation - As a random alien race they may have some kind of specific ability that is unique to their kind as some races do, such as the Saiyans' near death gain. All techniques created with this ability take up a Technique Slot. Perks Space Adaption (Optional) - Allows them to learn how to survive and breathe in space, adapting their bodies to the conditions. Flight (Optional) - The ability to use one's Ki to levitate or fly. Telekinesis (Optional) - A technique that allows to manipulate objects and other people with the power of one's mind. You can only use this to manipulate those who are weaker than you, anyone that is close in strength can fight it while anyone stronger can totally resist it. Majins Majin Description: Majin's vary in size, shape and color. Their flesh is almost like putty, smooth and formed to the shape of their bodies even though they can easily stretch and change their shape. Their default appearance is relatively small at first and changes with those that they absorb, taking on not only physical traits but some times a bit of emotional ones...how ever, Majin's tend to be a wild and powerful race, very hard to control as most of their intellect is spent on destruction tactics. Background: The origin of the Majin's is mystical and unknown, some are said to be the spawn of magic and demons. They come from the far reaches of space and there are very few. Those that are left behind have taken to wandering-looking for something interesting Starting Point Power Level: 100 Location: Varies-mostly where battles are happening. Items: Varies, Majin's tend not to use items since they can shape and use their bodies for practically anything, even clothing. Transformations Aborption: Majins have the ability to absorb NPCs and characters during the course of roleplay. This allows the Majin to gain traits associated with the person they absorb, both physical and psychological. Also, it give the Majin acess to any techniques of the person they absorbed, though all techniques gained in this way require a technique slot. x10 Absorption Stage 1 (5,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. The Majin is getting tougher now and incorporates a few things from its' last meal to attain new power. x20 Absorption Stage 2 (400,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. Now the Majin is starting to fully emerge and show what its' race can do. If it was a pain before now it'll be more diverse with at least two absorptions under its' belt. x40 Absorption Stage 3 (2,500,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. With at least three victims absorbed the Majin is likely to have gained a few useful tricks and will be a complete pain to fight. Combined with their natural abilities the Majin is now an incredible opponent. x60 Absorption Stage 4 (6,000,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. The Majin is now matured in its' absorption abilities and may exhibit details of many different races. At this point they have picked up momentum towards being unstoppable. x80 Absorption Stage 5 (8,000,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. Most Majin will stop here as it is the heighth of power among most races that are readily absorbed. In order to even attain this they must find and absorb another character or NPC that exhibits an x80 multiplier. x100 Absorption Stage 6 (10,000,000 PL): Requires the absorption of another player or NPC. The final transformation of the Majin and the true pinnacle of their power. A Majin that has attained this level is nearly unstoppable and could be considered a force of nature. To even dream of attaining this a chracter or NPC with a natural x100 multiplier must be absorbed. This requirement alone makes this a hard transformation to obtain. Known Weaknesses Weak Intellect - Majins are not very bright, they rely more on instinct and their natural method of surviving and thriving is by fighting, absorbing and destroying. This leaves them rather careless at times, especially due to the fact that they can just regenerate their body so they do not worry about physical damage taken. Special Abilities Amorphous Body - Their bodies are almost like dough, able to bend and shape as they want, it can be soft or hard, a thick and gooey liquid or a solid. Taking a powerful punch may leave a dent in their body but they can pop it out and back into place. Losing an arm they can just sprout a new one as good as new. Their limbs and body can stretch to great lengths, even wrapping around objects. They can even control the parts of their body not attached, such as a severed arm. Any parts of their body that breaks off can also create little clones of themselves, which are of course weaker than the original as the power is divided. For example, if a Majin splits itself into ten separate beings then each being is one tenth of its full power. Magical Antenna - Using the antenna on their heads, Majins can point and aim them at objects and opponents and using a powerful form of Magical Materialization, they can turn objects and opponents into other things, often it includes food that is usual sweet or candy related. This only really works on targets that are relatively weaker, if someone is around the power level of the Majin they can resist and even fight back, only being turned into the object for a couple posts before reverting back. If some one is significantly stronger then they can shrug off the technique all together, or if they are turned they still have control and can break through the magic of the technique to gain their original bodies back once again. All techniques created with this ability take up a technique slot. Perks Ki Sense (Optional) - They can learn how to sense energy and power levels. Space Adaption - Allows them to learn how to survive and breathe in space, adapting their bodies to the conditions. Flight (Optional) - The ability to use one's Ki to levitate or fly. Magic Materialization (Optional) - A magical ability used to create physical matter out of thin air. One can use this to create clothing, basic physical weapons, or other object such as boulders or metal. Shapeshifting - The ability to change one's shape or, more commonly, one's form and appearance. Whatever the majin shifts into to, the object or person still retains the same, odd color skin a the majin and often has some reference to its clothing as well. Regeneration - An ability that allows its user to replace limbs lost in battle and recover from similar severe damage. They can regenerate as long as one cell survives.
  10. -Story- .(Author's note: This is an alternate reality so that is why some characters that should be dead otherwise will be mentioned and why the sayians have a new 'king' and such.) All across the universe a conflict simply referred to by some as 'The War' is breaking out and spreading across the universe. The android Tekit has established a steady fortress and command center utilizing the Big Gete Star as well as his resources. Currently he is expanding his reach and control through the universe as he seeks out other powers to gain control of so that they may serve him and his growing machine/android empire well. . Meanwhile, he is giving the orders for his troops to try and take over Earth and Namek since they are putting up the most resistance with their fighters that have sprouted up in large numbers over the years. Right now, it seems his sights are set on a somewhat small planet with only five billion inhabitants called Kiera. Rumor has it though, that Kiera is protected by a man the Kierans only refer to as 'The Chosen One'. Saliz, a general amongst Kuriza's henchmen, has been sent to Namek with some henchmen in order to seek out the Dragon Balls. They are meeting a strong resistance from the powerful Namekian Warriors as the peaceful race as been forced to fight back and train in anticipation of these attacks. Kuriza debates sending his right hand man Yogurto to end this but decides to wait to see if Saliz can crush this resistance. Although, unknown to Kuriza who believes that he is the only spawn of his father Frieza, making his moves through a Namekian thanks to a unknown at moment deal, is Frieza's other son Celsiuser. Operating on a moon near Namek, Celsiuser was exiled by his father Frieza before his younger brother Kuriza was born. Now, though while in exile, Celsiuser has come across a Namek who seems to also grow a hate for Kuriza-for reasons unknown. Celsiuser notices that this Namek in particular seems quite strong compared to some of the others and making a deal, with him the Namek now leads guerilla forces to attack Saliz's forces and then-if they have to forcibly convert any surviving Namekians into their ranks. Like his younger brother, Celsiuser also has a right hand man whose name happens to be Brute. Meanwhile, Crescent and his small team of Saiyans are being sent wherever they are needed by their current employer: Lord Catsu , to any planet that needs a lesson taught and they bring with them a large force of Brute-Saibamen that they were able to produce thanks to Catsu's scientists. Many Saiyans in the band are against the idea of being ruled, at the same time they don't really have a choice at the moment. Many of them also like the chance to fight and kill, their position as mercenaries serving under each of the various factions and Raizo has done much to sate their bloodlust. Some have rebelled, few have been strong enough to have been successful. Finally, the two Majins known as Gegix and Biretsu are traveling the universe, taking glee in all of the destruction this is causing and if they find somebody they think could be fun to have as a possible punching bag for later, Gegix restrains them while Biretsu turns them into a Majin. Right now, it seems they have their eyes set on the planet Crescent and his men are heading to. So to recap: Tekit is an android which has the Big Gete Star as a base and uses it to make his machine soliders though those that are willing to aid him, can be converted into cyborgs. He and his forces are currently making their way toward the planet known as Kiera who apparently has a protector nicknamed 'The Chosen One'. Kuriza(Now head of the Planet Trade Organization)has sent one of his top generals; Saliz to Namek to find the Dragonballs but Saliz's forces are meeting heavy resistance and surprise attacks by guerrilla forces lead by a Namek who is working for Kuriza's older brother. Reasons are unknown as to why. Crescent is a sayian and is leading a small team of fellow Saiyans to some strange planet, on orders by their employer; Lord Catsu, unaware of the Majin Threat..

Turning around and grabbing the foot, Carnage glared and seizing the foot attempted to rip it off. Either way if it failed or worked, Carnage wouldn't waste any time on small fry while he still had Ghost Rider on his tail.

Managing to land on the rooftop he had jumped to, only to get punched Carnage frowned as he was barely pushed back. Grabbing the fist, he sought to fling Coulson away before continuing his 'rooftop-escape-plan' "Kill you next time sucker! Hahaha!"

(So you want everybody's crazy neighborhood serial killer to bite it huh? The Sentry would be proud ) As, Carnage's line was cut by the pipe as he started to fall he quickly let out another tendril to get him onto the rooftop-But looking over his shoulder to see Ghost Rider riding up and then proceeding to shoot hellfire at him, Carnage quickly dashed to leap for the next closest rooftop.
  15. Found an interesting thread for other 'Bioshock' settings and I thought I'd share the ones I found the most interesting. Bioshock: Inquisition A group of hardcore religious fundamentalists*, in response to what they see as the "sinful degeneration of Creation" caused by the Sixties, build a secret city deep in the most rugged and inhospitable part of the Rocky Mountains. The buildings are multi-tiered affairs built both into the sides of the mountain peaks and along the slopes, with hair-raisingly high bridges and footpaths connecting the peaks. Think Machu Picchu if it was built by the designer of a medieval cathedral. The city declares independence from the US, but nobody really pays them much attention, and the city fades into obscurity. During the period of isolation, the community discovers a previously undiscovered plant they burn as incense during worship. However, they soon discover that the plant gives them amazing abilities, but at a terrible price... Fast-forward about a decade. The small towns in the lowlands below the mountains near the city have been experiencing strange phenomena, coupled with numerous disappearances. You play as an FBI agent (maybe a pair of agents to allow for co-op play and added characterization) sent to investigate the forgotten city. However, as you infiltrate your way into this strange "city on a hill", it becomes clear that not everything is as it seems. The city could potentially be in a civil war over the theological nature of the *plasmid incense. One faction mught view its use as a sin, and the plant's existence as a trap set by Satan (their leaders would, naturally, be very heavy users of it), while one faction could see it as a sign from God that they have been chosen to use its power to dominate the earth and convert the "non-believers". You and your partner/co-op player would have to choose which faction to support (if any), figure out who or what has been behind the attacks, and escape the war-torn city alive... Rioshock The city of Bolivar, a breakaway republic literally straddling an earlier Panama Canal formed by hardcore Pan-Americanists, has become corrupt due to the discovery of "phlogiston" or liquid heat, a phenomenon that allows steam technology of unprecedented scope and size while at the same time corrupting and driving the users mad by upsetting the balance of the four humors. Now Bolivar sees a guerrilla urban war between Steamists and Luddites over control of the city. Our hero must navigate a frightening city once considered a utopia, now a hellhole of insane caloradors and brutal steampunk sentinels. Set in 1819, it is Rioshock. Pacific City A city that floats atop the waves, and drifts from coast to coast. Originally intended as a moving command centre to defend the West Coast from Japanese invasion, the platform was captured by Japan shortly after Pearl Harbour. Under Japanese administration, a number of experiments were made on human body chemistry. Lost after 1945, Pacific City continued its existence as the last shred of the old Japanese Empire. It has spent its time since then dealing with insurrections from the old American crew and their descendants, and capturing new test subjects, slaves and citizens from the coast of the Pacific. Equipped with not only esoteric and bizarre technologies developed by the darkest of war-time science, but with 'humours' which can dramatically alter the nature of human chemistry, Pacific City remains impervious to direct assault. Pacific City also continues to grow as traders attach themselves like limpets of bamboo and iron. Tensions grow between three major groups. The High Command, the military rulers of Pacific City, descendants of Japanese officers sent to command Pacific City before the end of the war. The American Stormborn, descendants of the American military crew and civilian staff, seek to cast off Japanese rule and return Pacific City to American control. The Barnacles, the slave underclass who live outside the old perimeters of Pacific City, they seek liberty and freedom from both the oppressing Japanese and xenophobic Americans.

Looking over his shoulder as the chain came at him again, he ducked once more before turning to swing away at the nearest building. Fun was killing and killing was fun. But, if he was outnumbered; made having that fun harder than it needed to be.

(Something I discussed with Nova. Tis why Gambit got mobbed. Or if you mean how HE got here-Just got off a recent kill and was making his way from rooftop to rooftop-saw the vampire horde tearing gambit a new one and so.) Seeing the projectiles being flung back at him, Carnage quickly morphed his right hand into an axe to block the incoming projectiles. "Aw is that all you got? Because, I had a real original death planned for you...",

"Hey that's pretty impressive-But say I got a question..", Carnage said with a grin on his face as he flung Swan's mutilated corpse away from him and seeing Iron Fist, fired razor sharp projectiles at him as he had done with the vampire horde. "Which eye do you want me to pluck out first? Make it snappy because I got a lot to get to here! Hahahha!"
