I mean, he still makes horrific mistakes that would realistically get him canned throughout the entire series, even after his supposed redemption arc. He's not smart or savvy, and he does have heart, but there are also dozens of people who would speak out against his run. He still probably wins because of the whole Moon Man thing for Mac Tonight. You just can't shake that association in this matchup unfortunately

Grinch is iconic, but also a bit standard nowadays. The Blair Witch doesn't really have an iconic look, which means that it's both a blank canvas and doesn't really have any recognizability. I'm probably leaning Grinch but I'm not sure

A single Weeping Angel isn't going to be too much of a threat I feel. There are going to be a lot of eyes in that factory, and the Angels are most dangerous when there are a lot of them

Chewbacca can't communicate with Gaston and Gaston is pretty relentless in his hunting. However, I feel like if Chewbacca throws Gaston around a couple of times, he'll back down. Gaston is determined, but not to the point where he's willing to die on a random hunt. He died to the Beast but that was largely circumstantial and accidental on both his and the Beast's part. If he knew he was beaten he would probably turn tail and lick his wounds

This is a bad matchup for Beetlejuice as discussed before because he's not really evil. He doesn't need to be reformed as much as reigned in just a bit

I don't buy that argument. We're assuming Batman is hunting Diane for some reason because otherwise there wouldn't be a match. Diane might be able to convince him when he shows up but I go into these matches assuming the combatants are motivated to win

This is untrue, at least in the Call of Cthulhu. The insanity isn't a power of his, people go insane because he's such a freakishly alien and unnatural thing that he shatters their perception of reality. This may have been changed in other interpretations of Cthulhu, but in the original story he literally makes people die of fright or go insane just by existing

Orcs would actually be pretty good at this. They are muscular, big, and used to chaotic battles fairly comparable to Black Friday shopping. The zombies are more intelligent than most zombies but they are way too brain-focused and singleminded to be effective here
