  1. The Doctor is definitely smarter and has a captivating energy, but Rick could invent something more showy, and the Doctor would likely avoid bringing anything that would really shake up the timeline. Plus he Doctor doesn't really care about money, but then again neither does Rick. I'll have to think on this one
  2. Sorry Drizz't. Discord is more or less untouchable here
  3. I think Ronald is just a better mascot here. Neither has a great connection or argument for why they should win, so we should default to who is the more successful mascot and that's definitely Ronald. Plus he has the creepy clown thing if he wants to lean into that, and he can offer McDonald's food to cater any open houses or showings, which is way better than Chuck's "pizza."
  4. He's above being hacked by the animated justice league. My point is that he's a big fish in a little pond. He has a planetary feat, but so does Brainiac, and most comic book Justice League characters. Brainiac has tech that can do things that Amazo has shown no capacity to do, like see into the fifth dimension, and he has stuff that may be able to stop Amazo or slow him down, like a power dampening field. I'm just not convinced that this Amazo, strong as he is, could be able to take down the more poweful comic book Brainiac
  5. On the one hand, the best advice for running from a monster is "keep going and going," so the Energizer Bunny has that going for him. On the other hand, Mario is more recognizable, trustworthy, and he can actually talk to give out orders. Plus he has experience saving people from monsters
  6. It's a shame this never happened in the cartoon. Brainiac taking over Amazo's basically omnipotent body and them having to snap him out of his control could have been a really cool episode. As for who wins, it's really hard to say. Amazo was able to single-handed wipe out the animated JL, but those guys are a great deal weaker than their comic counterparts. Brainiac has beaten more powerful people, but Amazo by the end of it was incredibly strong, and resilient to every kind of attack. That said, we know there are some things he could not do. He had to retreat from the resurrected Grundy because the zombie man was able to feed off of his energy. If Brainiac could do something similar he might be able to use that to hack him. I'm not sure
  7. Strictly speaking, Dracula's job is being a count, right? Whatever that means. Still don't think the train would be able to do it though. Dracula kind of wins by default here
  8. Yeah, thank goodness for that clutch scenario. Lightning should definitely win here. Faster, built for quick turns and a lifetime of experience in races means he should have it for sure
  9. The Doctor is pretty great at cobbling things together. 10 specifically was able to build technology from a society literally at the end of time after just looking at schematics and talking to the inventor. Granted, that inventor did turn out to be a Time Lord in disguise, but the technology was still foreign to him and incredibly advanced and he built it like nothing
  10. Just because people have argued it doesn't mean I have to buy it. All I'm saying is that if I had the Batmobile that would for sure be my main argument. This is a car category, but a giant robot category. Arguing that transformers have to be in their car forms makes a lot of sense to me. It's not my fight so I'm not gonna keep pressing the issue but that seems like a solid angle to go with in my opinion
  11. I don't know that his robot mode is allowed here. This is a car category
  12. I'm not even 100% sure that Battle Beast gets that much better with prep. If memory serves he's very much a "Charge in first, ask questions later" kinda guy. That said, Scrooge does have some toon force, but I'm not sure if its enough to save him here
  13. Didn't AM basically fail in this challenge in its own story? Like the goal of it was to do pretty much the challenge and it instead decided to wipe everyone out. Again, I always say they should be properly motivated to win, but AM had this challenge in its story with as much motivation as it ever has and decided to kill everyone
  14. According to the Teen Titans wiki, the T-Car has hover jets. That's gotta count for something
  15. I'm honestly a little surprised Rubberband Man has two wins. He's a very obscure character. That said, I do agree that Mr. Clean should have the advantage here.
  16. Transformers is a big blind spot in my pop culture vision. Does Rodimus win even if he has to stay in car form? Can they use weapons and gadgets and stuff while transformed?
  17. Beast has always struck me as someone who specialized more in genetics than robotics. I don't know enough about Shuri to vote yet but I'm definitely leaning Shuri
  18. I don't know a lot about the Locust Horde. How organized are they? Stormtroopers have very organized and would be able to effectively enact a plan as a cohesive unit. I don't know a lot about the Horde though
  19. Lol I gotta respect the grind there. I'm all for the loose interpretation of the prompt. I don't agree with it, but I love it
  20. Unfortunate pull for a good hunter. Bugs is too good at this kind of thing
  21. That's an interesting match up. The arachnids can do some real damage in large groups and the Reapers do have an exploitable weakness. If the predator has prep time it might be able to work out their weakness. Plus the Reapers need to feed constantly. That said, I do like the argument that they're pretty much impossible to truly "kill" without using that weakness. I'll have to think about this.
  22. Yeah Baymax doesn't have any hacking abilities at all as far as I know
  23. To look at it another way, the ghost is already dead. Does Crane win by default?
  24. The Rock is a powerhouse in WWE, but Red Hood has taken wins or fought evenly with DC's biggest H2H fighters. He should take this after a long, brutal fight
