Rumble 21064 Sauron (Marvel) vs. Gorilla Grodd

These 2 meet in the savage land, where Grodd appears through a temporary portal box to claim its resources and enslave the inhabitants. Not long after his arrival Grodd is stopped in his trails by Sauron, the powerful native from the Savage Land. Grodd, using his telepathic and psionic strongholds, he sees a perfect opportunity to claim another weak world. Sauron sensing the intentions of Grodd, uses this fight to drain the life force of the intruder in his home world. Sauron from the air begins to descend performing an aerial attack. From 100 yards away Grodd takes off in full sprint attempting a stampede charge towards Sauron's flight path. What will happen here?
