X-Wing. TIE's are unshielded and can go down pretty easily, and while Batman has many feats I wouldn't say he's the best pilot out there especially in a dogfight, in fact most the time he brings out the Batplane it usually ends up getting shot down.

X-Wings have better protection and firepower.

I say the Batplane gets destroyed pretty easily. The X-Wings are the best thing in this battle.
