The Swifties have come to Detroit for a Taylor Swift concert. But for some reason the show gets canceled. This causes the Swifties to go on a riot throughout the city. But the people of Delta City fight back.

I'm not sure the people of Delta City are that brave. They've been so beaten down by crime that I don't see them rising up against anything. The Swifties may just take this.

Swifties in general aren't really that rowdy. Any ruckus they try to cause could likely be squashed easily enough, especially in a place as rough as Delta City.
