This one is a toughie neither is too unique a costume HOWEVER I think you're more likely to see an Annabelle costume than a Jack Frost costume, and for that I think Jack Frost can win especially if there's a most unique/original category

Maybe, but I feel like a good Annabelle constume would be more imprssive than one of this particular Jack Frost.
