No member of the month? (August 2023)

I know we're only 3 months into this,  but life has been... a bit crazy the past few weeks so I haven't had much time to really give this month's choice much thought. I don't really want to just make a quick choice and not give whomever is chosen less spotlight than the others so the only right thing to do was just skip this month. 

That being said, I thought it might be nice for some others to give their own spotlight out, if you had a chance to shine a spotlight on another member who would it be and why?
