I'm going with Catwoman. Hasn't she done stuff like this before? I may be wrong, I just thought she's pretended to be other people or maybe lole TwogunKid said, she has definitely played up the socialite before which may give her an edge over Toretto.

I think Toretto is good when it comes to the fast cars, pulling off the death defying zero logic stunts and impossible heists
