Yeah, at most Deadshot can cripple him for like a second if we're being generous.

Deadpool is better equipped for murder world, traps aren’t putting him down as easily as dead shot, plus better h2h, teleportation, and good range from Deadpool give him more edges to win.

Deadpool teleports? I don't recall that being a power of his.

Either way I do see Deadpool winning here, except if it comedicly  moves the plot forward for him to lose.

Not a power, but he has had the tech somewhat consistently. Even disregarding that, I think he wins.
