This fight has already gone down in comics twice before. Without shield, Deadpool had the upper hand. (Deadpool Vol 2 28) With shield, Captain America wins. (Despicable Deadpool #296)

Considering they both have their normal equipment, I think I'll go with Captain America on this.

Yeah, with the shield Cap takes it. In the Civil War run they revealed a lot different fights where he would come out on top.

Cap fights some of the strongest characters in Marvel and wins. Deadpool doesn't measure up, even though he gives Cap a hell of a fight.

This also happens in Deadpool #47 (D. Way) and Deadpool hits Cap with his own shield and runs off for other shenanigans.
 

I think Deadpool is getting undersold. Durability is a huge plus for him, he’s ranked very kind of damage imaginable. He is also every bit the fighter Cap is. Captain America gets to hold his own in a lot of comics, while Deadpool gets kicked around a bit, but a lot of that has to do with tone, etc. He’s regularly able to fight Spider-Man, Taskmaster, Daredevil, Wolverine etc. Theres a Very reasonable scenario where he tags Cap before he can be hurt in a way he can’t recover from
