I find it really hard to judge how strong Power Ranger mechas are. Generally speaking, they don't seem that strong, and they seem really slow. Mecha Ghidorah is an improved version of one of the Big G's strongest foes. At least judging by the above clip, Ghidorah has a shield that should repel the lazer blasts (that might actually just be in the games, I can't remember), has much more mobility, seems a good bit bigger, and is strong enough to basically kill Godzilla himself in one of his stronger series runs. I'll refrain from voting right now but I'm leaning towards Mecha Ghidorah

I think Mecha King Ghidorah is just in a different tier. The upper level of Godzilla characters should have the upper hand here.
