I don't know any of these, I need examples on their resources to come up with something.

Bartlet is a fictional president. He’s also a history buff who is a master at working negotiations and getting people to follow his vision. I’m sure he would immediately figure out how to work Red and Bob against each other in a way to get these two broken up.

TV needs to go ahead and bring reruns of The West Wing back. I don't think I've seen the show on TV since it ended, which is weird given there are a good number of other series from around the same era whose reruns do air on multiple networks.

Anyways, I, too, think Bartlet takes this. He very likely has more of a myriad of ways to initiate this breakup than a Vietnam vet.

Its a tie.

Eric's natural dumbassery gets Donna to break up with him anyways.

Hmm, for this match I say Hawkeye looks at Donna's general direction, Foreman tries to do some wacky stunt, and they break up for an episode.

Hawkeye is actually a Korean war vet as well as Red. Neither he or Bartlet have much in common with Red but this one common thread might lend him a slight edge in using the Red route to break them up.

Ah, my bad. It's been quite some time seen I've watched M.A.S.H.
