Remo wins. Jason is good at killing dumb naked teenagers that don't know what's happening. Remo is highly trained at hand to hand and can easily take out a zombie with a machete.

Good to see Remo in a fight!

 

His Sinanju skills should make him the at least equal of Deathstroke (minus the super-weapons) and he hits a lot harder. He can duplicate Jason's feat of punching off a man's head. He can also fight a gank of ninjas like they're moving in slow motion. 

 

Tough as Jason is, this is an easy win for the Destroyer.

In the forest and low visibility, Jason may be able to sneak up on Remo

Nope. Remo is a Master of Sinanju which means he's using his brain, body and senses at 100% efficiency. People who try to sneak up on him, even highly trained assassins moving through cover, die just as quickly as anyone else. He's so good it's really pretty obnoxious.

I'd try to argue for Jason here but well it seems the odds are just stacked way too heavily against him.
