I'm gonna need a lot more information here, nothing I could find about Razor fist says he can do much to defeat Rogue.

I think Razorfist could win this. He may not be the best fighter in the Marvel Universe but I think he could keep Rogue at bay with his blades and hopefully wound her some in the process.

I think Rogue looks better in spandex then S&M Edward Scissorhands.  Maybe that's just me, I don't know what you guys are into.

Razor Fist is a highly skilled martial artist with steel blades for hands. If Rogue has any of the strength, speed, flight, and invulnerability powers she stole from Ms. Marvel, she will win easily.

 

Cool to see RF in a match though.
