Well no. Most things that kill people, kill people for good. That's what death means. Mr Immortal's schtick is that he comes back from the dead.

How do you know this? What are you talking about? They're both fictional characters. Of course a mutant can override the will of God. This is fiction. Literally anything can happen constrained only by human imagination. Mister Immortal's power is that after he dies, he comes back to life. But you say that wouldn't happen if we was killed by a Godly weapon. Why? On what grounds? Preacher's universe's gods are nothing like any gods you know of.

 

This makes no sense. There aren't even variables to talk about here. It's irresistable force meets immovable object. They can't both exist as absolutes in the same universe. You can pick which ever you want to win, vote for whichever, it doesn't matter. Just in terms of real debate there is no answer.
