Deadpool can teleport, so it might be a bit harder for Stroke to decapitate him. Also...Deadpool's head being left on a knife would not kill him when he revives.

No, Deadpool can't teleport.

The setup specifically says no teleportation device for Deadpool.

If he's decapitated, then he is for all intents and purposes, incapacitated, and thus Deathstroke wins.

Deathstroke could incapacitate him a million times over, but in a fight to the death, Deadpool is not dead, so Deathstroke hasnt won. If these two guys continue to hunt each other until one his "whiped from the face of the earth", then Deadpool will eventually be the victor. Deathstroke will kick his ass up and down both universes, but if he cant kill him, he cant win.

Incorrect. It is directly stated that Deadpool's head must be reattached by someone else, otherwise his brain shuts down due to lack of oxygen.
But thats never killed him. It incapacitates him. To win this fight, Deathstroke must kill him. So far, Deadpool has always comeback.

The setup doesn't say anything about having to kill the opponent to win.

No but since they were hired to kill one another (which I dont think Batman would do), I took it to be a fight to the death.

All Slade has to do is cut Deadpool's head off for the win and then Deadpool is screwed. Slade then takes Deadpool's head and kicks it far away from his body so that his body can't reach it. After that Deadpool can't heal or do crap without a head. Which by the way this has been done before to Deadpool in the comics where he lost his head and he was screwed. Deadpool loses.

Yeah, but if its a fight to the death, wouldnt that mean Deadpool has the advantage of never "fully" dying? Deadpool can be out classed in every way, but if he continues to comeback and fight then Id say he's more likey to survive. On ef his "lucky shots" to Deathstroke could eventually put him down. As far as I know, Slade has nothing that continuesly revives him. Therefore: Advantage Deadpool (in the most important area anyway).

While CSkillz put it right by saying 'Deadpool won't shut up', that is all he will come back for in this case. It has been seen in the course of a fight, that if he is severed at the head, he will need it to get close to his body to reattach. In time, he might re-generate from his innards, but if all the 'essential' parts are in proximity to each other. Ex: During the lame 'Doom War', he regenarted after exploding, but did so while his innards and essentials portions remained in proximity. In another example: while his head was severed, the regeneration took its time, really took its time. Only when his head was conveniently placed upon the shoulders did he reattach. In another example: he lost more coherence when his brain was impaled. It ook him considerable time to 'regenerate'. With Deathstroke, Pool's monus point is not his renegerative factor, but his lack in almost every other department. Stroke takes on multiple mixed powered opponents like it was a walk in the park (metaphorically saying). Pool had his hands full with one one ones with Bullseye and Shark, among others. Plus,Stroke has his own healing factor. The greatest element that Pool can not compare in is Stroke's use of his brain, coupled with his mercenary and general fighting experience. This is sure to happen. He will sever Pool's head, and freeze it, keeping it like a trophy. Even in comic terms that sounds like a long long time. Cheers

Um... no. Allow me to rephrase my earlier statement: it is directly stated, in Cable and Deadpool (I can't remember which issue, exactly, but it's the one where Wolverine attacks a HYDRA base and Deadpool goes to save Weasel, who's being held there), that, after being decapitated, Deadpool will die after about fifteen minutes. His brain begins to rot, and his body simply ceases to regenerate. The only other time, as far as I am aware, that he has actually been decapitated is in Marvel Zombies, and that's because of the zombie virus, not his healing factor.

Well, what do you know, Deathstroke actually beat Deadpool for once. Which according to most of you commenting, is what should've been the case in the past. Maybe letting the Guests vote isn't such a bad thing after all.

Ok Deadpool can come back from no head Deadpool suicide King proved it. Also when hulk turn his top half into a blood mist he came back. Please read his comics before writing him off.
