*The peeps with augmented jutsus active still add up to 16.5. Doesnt that kinda gyp us out of a few points, or are you assuming it's gonna be perma-activated whenever the stat would be relevant?

 

Yes out of 5.

 

I'm assuming perma-activated is when it will be relevant. And for your Speed/Strength without The Four legs they both cut in half however they end up being not that bad of Stats, also your tied for the second best at Taijutsu, and your one of the best players we have. Those things also factor in.
