Can't we do it more like Pokemon anime? Were your Pokemon start with 4 basic moves and can learn more? And keep the old ones just add more moves to move list. Because unlike in the Pokemon games Pokemon won't forget how to do moves.

3. Razor Shell

 

4. Aqua Jet

That seems a lot like the anime. I mean of course Oshawott can't use like Hydro pump. And It's Josh idea about only starting with 4 moves. But It sounds pretty good to me. Being are Pokemon are very young. And It's just more limited that way at first.

Hey josh, seeing as how multiple people are starting to post and making a seperate post for each reaction might be awhile, might I suggest a little gm trick to get max updates per post? Basically after seeing everyones post, instead of quoting and just responding to just that one you make a new reply and bullet point everyones responsr.

 

ex:

*Pugna: the tackle connects

 

*Fang: caterpie ducks the tail whip and uses string shot on charmanders leg
