This takews palce in an arena. BOth fighters were drugged and place in the arena by an unkown mob boss. His plan was to make them fight then offer a contract to the winner. There is n oway t oescape other then for him to let them out and he wont do so until there is only one of them left.

Overtkill has double his normal abilitites to even things up and Jackie is only at 80% do to being drugged.
