I think Ray is just one his own level in terms of depth of innovation. Being able to work with dwarf star tech makes something like battle bots pretty elementary.Unless Bulma has a lot of specifically innovative skills, she may be in trouble. He’s my guy, but I think Ray has an edge in terms of scientific skill. Getting to be a scientific liaison for the justice league to the un puts you with some heavy hitters. Not to mention the tech he would be utilizing. The battle bot itself would be equipped with all kinds of stuff. Therefore, I think Ray has a good chance.
