Well, both have hiveminds/group thinking (to a certain extent with the death troopers) and the potential to infect the Yautja I think but the zombies are overall weaker since they’re mostly human stormtrooper zombies, being less strong and resilient than flood turned aliens/humans. Moreover the flood takeover is significantly quicker(if that option is even allowed here) taking seconds through an infection form or airborne means, rather than the hours or even days with the zombie plague. 
 

I think the Flood prove the harder horde to hunt, and gotta say a Yautja flood sounds really terrifying

I think the percentages for this fight are 60% Flood win, 30% Death Troopers win, and 10% Yautja clears all of them. Fighting against zombies just isn't a good time, no matter how powerful you are.
