Trevor is devious. He will pick up that Achilles is his physical superior almost instantly.

 

However, taking out physically superior foes is what Trevor does. Trevor is well versed in monster and myth hunting lore and history in world. It is possible he even knows of Achilles's fabled weakness.

 

Trevor keeps the combat far away with a combination of the cross, morning star, and vampire killer. He also shows great aerial mobility with whips and climbing and the Redwood Forest plays to his strengths. In a straight arena fight, I would probably give it to Achilles, but Trevor is not going to let a fair fight happen.
